3 Year Warranty: The warranty is effective only if the fabric has been unserviceable because of loss of strength from normal exposure conditions including sunlight, mildes, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. The warranty does not apply against deterioration of any kind due to fire-accidents, burns, abusive use, malfunction, negligence, vandalism, environmental pollution, perforations or other acts of God. The warranty does not cover any labor/installations supplied by the supplier. To obtain the replacement, please contact your vendor with the defective product. Upon verification with your vendor. Claredon Textiles Inc. will replace the fabric free of charge the appropriate amount of the defective fabric. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, which extend beyond the face of this agreement.
